ScreenFlow is a full recording studio for Mac OS X Leopard that captures screenshots from your computer screen, or the iSight camera, and mounts them to be played in sequence.
The application can capture images from multiple resources simultaneously. Just select the required combination before begining the capture: the images and sound from a computer screen, and images and sound from an iSight camera.
The video editor that comes with ScreenFlow is multitrack and very easy to use. You can split up the captured clips and apply various special effects to them, such as scaling up certain areas to stand out more, and rotating the images to give them a new perspective. It is also possible to adjust the audio levels.
Another interesting feature in ScreenFlow is the ability to highlight and focus in your mouse, to increase your accuracy while tracing, or the front most window.
Note:
For Mac OS X 10.5 or later.

Today I have bought the upgrade from ScreenFlow version 6 to the version 9.

I thought to improve but I went back to bugs and hangings and less features.

The preview mode (Option-F) doesn't work anymore. Now we should hide the Inspector, then the Timeline, then we have to zoom the stageā€¦ That's a mess and wasting time and annoying task to repeat again and again. I can't believe that they dismissed such an important feature.

#screenflow #telestream #scrollingtextScreenflow 9: Scrolling Text Do you want a scrolling text bar at the bottom of your videos like in Tea with Gary Vee? ScreenFlow 9 can handle some more resource intensive sources (HEVC for example) and alleviate such with our new proxy creation featurs. In other words you may actually load down the system more heavily with the current version.

When I move a chunck of the timeline containing a 1920x1080 movie, the app sometimes hangs forever. I have to force to quit.

Sometimes when playing the movie, some frames look frozen, then the playback jumps to 1 second later. I mean, during the playback, especially where I made some cut, I miss some frames. If I stop and verify all the frames one by one, they are all ok. Even when I export the final movie, everything is ok. But they look not ok when I play the movie during the editing. So guys, I can't work that way. I need to see all the frames when editing my movie.

Still after 3 upgrades, I can't select a single track and all of its chunks in one click or key. Actually I have to zoom out the timeline, drag and select all the chunks in that track, zoom in and e.g. align the first chunks to the previous chunk.

I can't select and delete a whole track. Actually I have to select all the chunks in a track, delete those, then drag the track to the bottom side of the timeline.

Still the timeline snap is 0.1 seconds. So I can't sync my soundtrack to the video with the utmost precision. When I asked for this question to the Telestream support, they answered to me that since I was a version 6 user I had no right to be supported. So I upgraded. But now I do not like to pay to get no improvements, to get less features, the same old limits, some hang and bug more.

If I speedup chunk with the voiceover, the quality of the sound becomes poor. It sounds as it lost definition, as a low resolution audio.

May I please get my money back? Thank you.
