I beg to draw your kind attention towards the negligence of duty of Kuldeep Singh, the postman of our zone.

He does not deliver the dak in time. He is often late which some­times causes a great loss to us. Moreover, he does not deliver the dak properly.

There is a letter box on the main door of our home but he never drops the letter into it. He throws them near the gate or some­times hands them to the children playing nearby. In this way most of the letters are lost.

I have requested him several times to deliver the dak properly and in time but he always turned deaf ear to my request. Such a state is a bad name on the fair name of Postal Department.

The postman of our locality Mr. Sunil Pal is not doing his duty properly.

He delivered my letters either to wrong persons or to children playing in the street put up a letter box bearing my name and address. But he does not put my letters into my house.Yesterday my sister send a letter as well as a parcel for me , accordingly I should get it today but still I have not received it .When I asked him he said that there was no parcel the letter as well.I requested him many times to do not commit such mistake but he does not have any effect.

I am, therefore, obliged to complain to you against him.I request you to take an immediate action against it .

An urgent Speed Mail which I was expecting on the 12th of this month, was delayed by 3 days. On inquiry, I was informed by the Post Woman that there was no one at home when it was brought to the address. This is not true as my elderly parents stay with me and are at home always.
